I popped into chase direct earlier this afternoon, expecting to buy myself a ukulele and be on my way. I did indeed buy one, as well as a case and a tuner. However, I also had such a genuine and wholesome experience, thanks to the very lovely owner of the shop Amrik. He was warm, kind and very helpful, such a beautiful interaction.
