There seems to be a set of reviews on here which state that buying in the shop is okay, but buying online will give you a world of problems. That's not my experience... I got a great Bass, for a great price, it was well packaged (2 layers of bubble wrap, cardboard box, another layer of bubble wrap and then the guitar case) and it arrived via DHL within 3 days. Great service.

Bought a piano back in 2020 and we were really happy at first but 6 month on and it started to go wrong. One key started to make a clicking sound. Contacted customer service who would ask for a video to forward to their tech department and get back to me. They didn't. I would have to initiate follow ups were i would be strung along until the warrenty ran out. Eventually a guy would tell me that they don't know a technician who could help nor could they pick up the piano as it is too bulky ... so yeas utterly useless. We put up with it hoping that would be the only fault. Now 3 years later a third of the keys do the clicking and the dials on the left don't work. £500 for garbage like that when you can get a decent Yamaha for less. Just know if you don't live near the shop you will not get any help should something go wrong.
Fantastic service! Highly recommended!! I ordered a guitar case online and, when it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong size. The Chase Direct team were very helpful when I asked if I could return it, if they could recommend a replacement and if I could just exchange the one I'd bought for the new one. They were super quick to respond and suggested a couple of alternatives. I sent the first one back and, a week later, the replacement I'd chosen arrived! My son is really happy with his new guitar case and the price was very reasonable for a case with proper padding and shoulder straps. Very happy with this purchase and the customer service I received.
Amrik’s customer service is like no other. Guitar shops can often feel like art galleries, silent and ‘no touching!’ I wasn’t looking to buy today but he encouraged me to pick up a guitar & plug in (he could see I was itching) I grabbed this beautiful semi-acoustic jazz beast - he didnt stand over me like a hungry salesman! He understands that you might need space to get comfortable with an instrument. He gave me a pick too! If I return to MCR, I will return to Amrik.
Popped in on the off chance that they would have a very specific drum head. After browsing for a couple of minutes not noticing any drum related things in the shop at all Amrik asked if there was anything he could help with. 3 minutes later he showed back up, perfect skin in hand. This shop either has the best 3D printer known to man or a portal to another dimension/shop. Top marks Amrik. Thank you.
