Garbage Piano, garbage Customer service
Bought a piano back in 2020 and we were really happy at first but 6 month on and it started to go wrong. One key started to make a clicking sound. Contacted customer service who would ask for a video to forward to their tech department and get back to me. They didn't. I would have to initiate follow ups were i would be strung along until the warrenty ran out. Eventually a guy would tell me that they don't know a technician who could help nor could they pick up the piano as it is too bulky ... so yeas utterly useless. We put up with it hoping that would be the only fault. Now 3 years later a third of the keys do the clicking and the dials on the left don't work. £500 for garbage like that when you can get a decent Yamaha for less. Just know if you don't live near the shop you will not get any help should something go wrong.
