I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.

Lily from charters Lily was extremely friendly and was a very nice person. She helped me and my partner out a lot and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend to talk to lily if your looking for a place to rent.
Lily was Extremely friendly , answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we took our time looking around the property. After being accepted for this property, I cannot wait to have Charters as our estate agents moving forward!

Had a great experience dealing with the Alton team on a recent house purchase. Jane and Sarah in particular were fantastic throughout - the viewings were managed really well and we felt in no rush to properly assess the property. All questions were answered and it really helped us make our decision. Once my property was sold and we could proceed with a firm offer, it was clear that they were really working hard to get us accepted and moving. Communication was honest and clear and there was a great deal of empathy shown. All in all, they were great and I would highly recommend them.
Lily, from the Park Gate branch, showed me around a rental property today. She was very approachable, friendly and had great knowledge of not only the property but also the local area. Tilly Orsmond accompanied us on a recent viewing at Lee on Solent. She arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. We had some questions about the property which she said she would get answers to. Tilly did in fact call us back with the answers. Although we are not proceeding with the purchase of this property I would not hesitate to use Charters again in the future.
I am impressed and grateful for the value-added that Charters were able to give on the sale of my property.
