Easy to book, reasonable rate and excellent support during and after rental period. All inclusions fully explained and documented, providing warnings not to be coerced into hire desk add ons that are already included in the hire rate.

NO OIL
Within hours of collecting the car the oil warning light came on as I was a long way from my collection point and was not able to return I took it into a garage to fine there was NO OIL in the car, empty to a dangerous level. The car had obviously not been checked over prior to rental. I was annoyed at the inconvenience and costs incurred.

Excellent car rental service. Used a couple of times. Fantastic prices from well know car hire companies so cars are very good. Will continue to be my first choice for car hire.

Less costs more!!
On average a good experience only marred by one thing. 48 hours before the start of the rental I was told that my flight into LHR would be delayed by six hours. I immediately contacted Carrentals to inform them that the pickup time would be six hours later. Instead of leaving the price (the number of rental days would be unchanged) they insisted on cancelling the booking and making a new reservation. IT COST ME GBP40,00 MORE.
