Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

Excellent service and absolutely delighted with my purchase. Very reasonable price when compared to competitors. Delivery was slightly delayed, but only by a day. Product fits my car perfectly, and is of a decent quality. Would recommend the pvc heel pad.
