Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

Very disappointed with the quality of…
Very disappointed with the quality of these mats, which were advertised as premium quality. They are anything but. Clips broken after a few weeks of having them but didn’t notify them until after 30 days. They’re refused any returns or refunds. Would recommend to go elsewhere

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I previously bought manufacturer mats, they turned up and didn’t fit correctly. I emailed car mats and they were happy to help when I provided measurements. The quality of the product is good, I opted for the luxury spec carpet. Will definitely be using again. Thanks
