The listing was very competent and inviting. I set the reserve too high and I got a call in the early evening about 30 minutes before the listing closed asking me if it should be reduced so my item sold, very appreciated. The only down side is for low value items the minimum fee is rather highl

A professional efficient service from every employee. Good prompt communication responses and system of auction online well thought out and it worked well. I appreciated the courteous manner from everyone I dealt with and happy with the final auction price achieved. I would certainly recommend car and classic to other people, and thank them for finding a good new home for my classic car.

Feel really let down and my experience was not good. I was talked into a no reserve auction as this would give me the best opportunity. I was told that they would look at their fees if I didn’t achieve what I wanted, this didn’t happen and I don’t feel they put any effort into the sale. Had to keep chasing them and they didn’t send out any emails to say the auction was ending. I will not use this service again and I feel they weren’t bothered as my car was not high value but it did mean a lot to me.

The car was presented well in the auction. Alex Palmer was very responsive and the auction went well. Their fee was very reasonable although I was slightly surprised when they charged additionally for the photographers visit, I'd definitely use them again.

I would describe my averall experience as very good. However, I would preffer to have had a single case officer assigned, as the number of staff I have had to communicate with has made communication a bit confusing.
