Buyers beware On collection the car wasn't as described. The car needs a full respray. Pics of the car were taken and sent to car & classic. Nothing has been done. This is now in the hands of my solicitors. Stay clear

Certes elle a des km. 317000 Sur la description du vendeur il est indiqué qu il y a qq défaillances intérieur mais que la voiture marche très bien En fait l intérieur est à remplacer TOTALEMENT. La boite de vitesse est cassée elle ne marche pas . La cors série est réparée avec du silicone de cuisine Et je n ai pas Les papiers de la voiture donc impossible à immatriculer Le vendeur est un escroc qui a le soutien de car and classic car ils disent ne reine pouvoir faire pour m aider et ne me donne pas les coordonnées du vendeur malhonnête

imho THEY TAKE PART IN FRAUD. FRAUDULENT COMPANY
I was the proud winner of a red E36, advertised as a 325i with 192 hp, and I had won the car for 17.000 euros. The day after, I immediately raised my concerns about multiple discrepancies that were NOT mentioned in the description, including: -the car originally being a 316i so NOT a matching numbers car -a crash reported on a CARFAX report -administrative issues with the spanish government -AND all the documents regarding the mods were CLEARLY stating that the engine used had come from a 323i so a 170hp engine, not 192hp as advertised by them. The ONLY response that I got for a week straight was "uuuuh idk pay 17k here's where you should send it". The owner of the car was 100 times more helpful and understanding than all of their useless support team. After days of emails, they made one of their useless lawyers reach out to me, and he stated : "Regarding the engine, or rather that this car started life as a 316i and has been modified to a 325i; we never, throughout the entire listing, made any reference to this being a 'matching-numbers' car, or that the engine was original to the car from the factory." and: "You write in your email, and submitted to us a CARFAX report stating, that the car was involved in a frontal collision. Whilst this may or may not be so, this car was advertised as being highly modified, from front to back. It is fair to say that there is more on this car that is not from the factory than actually is." So this means, that if you are buying a car from one of their auctions and in the description it's not clearly stated that it's a matching numbers car, you are 100% getting a POS useless car that has no actual value and that also has been crashed. After this, I never got a response back from them. A few days later I got relieved from the auction, they didn't refund the auction Fee (700 euros) as they probably felt that they did a perfect and honest job, and FUNNILY ENOUGH, THEY RELISTED THE CAR UP FOR AUCTION, AND ADDED EVERY SINGLE THING THAT I COMPLAINED ABOUT IN THE DESCRIPTION, PROVING ME RIGHT!!!! Now I'm banned from the website, cannot access my account and they will not respond and own to their responsibilites even if I send them emails from other adresses. Bare in mind that they proudly state, THAT THEY CHECK EVERY SINGLE CAR BEFORE LISTING IT, but I guess they only look at a few pictures so they can get their commission fee ;) NEVER, EVER, BUY A CAR IF THESE GUYS ARE THE MIDDLE MAN. SHAMELESS COMPANY THAT PREFERS TO DESTROY ITS REPUTATION RATHER THAN OWNING UP TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES P.S after their response: BE ASHAMED, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR SPARE CHANGE AND YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT MORE. YOU CHANGED THE DESCRIPTION AFTER MY COMPLAINTS, PROVING ME RIGHT AND YOU STILL DID NOT OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE,AND THAT SAYS EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CLOWN A** COMPANY. AND STOP SAYING THAT YOU PROVIDED ”QuiCk ReSPonSeS aNd cOmMuniCaTiOn”, YOU STOPPED ANSWERING TO MULTIPLE EMAILS AND BANNED ME FROM THE WEBSITE! I GOT RECEIPTS AND PROOF OF EVERY SINGLE THING! I WHOLEHEARTEDLY SUGGEST TO EVERYONE, TO NEVER SPEND A SINGLE DIME ON THIS PLATFORM. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMISSIONS AND THAT IS IT. Whack a** PR response, be ashamed once again.
