Buyers beware On collection the car wasn't as described. The car needs a full respray. Pics of the car were taken and sent to car & classic. Nothing has been done. This is now in the hands of my solicitors. Stay clear

Great auction site, better team behind the scenes
This was my first experience selling a car via auction, online or otherwise. The C&C team were very diligent in helping me list the item and talk me through the process. The handover process with the buyer is easy too, money has already been safely collected and was sent immediately to me as soon as me and the buyer clicked the button to say we’re both happy.

Third time lucky!
This was the third auction with them to sell my Bristol 401. They were so helpful at all times and kept me updated with progress. When the market showed it was weak they suggested a reduction in reserve if I was wanting to part with the car. I acceeded and the sale was completed. The whole process from first meet and photographer's visit to completion was smooth. Whilst sad the price was (IMHO) low I succeeded in passing the car onto another owner. Job Done

Excellent service from start to finish!
My auction journey with Car and Classics was guided by Alex Palmer. The process was both expeditious and professional from the initial contact by Alex through the excellent photography (by Paul at Candid Pictures) to the on line auction and finally the highly efficient handover and payment process. Payment was made within 10 minutes of the transfer of my vehicle. I felt that I'd received a good and fair price for my car via a very professional and secure service.

Within 24 hours the as was noticed and 72 hours the queries started coming in from genuine buyers. I was amazed. The step by step guides the placing your ad, What to include & what was special about the vehicle was so easy I had the ad & contents done & dusted in 30 mins. You can edit and re-edit, add or remove pictures. The whole advertising was child's play.If you want your car noticed definitely recommend car & classic
