We purchased a Provence Flueless Gas…
We purchased a Provence Flueless Gas Stove through Calors own website. Decided on this as it looked like a nice looking & well designed item and sounded quite economical to run over the winter months. We also considered a log/multi fuel heater as we have a spare unused chimney & fireplace in our lounge but the costs of purchase & installation put them out of our budget. The Provence heater is just excellent!! Easy to use, puts out loads of heat even on the 1st (lower) setting and as a bonus will heat our lounge AND our new 'Orangrie'. Last winter it was freezing in there and the electric underfloor heating we had fitted runs away with electricity 🙁. This winter with our Provence, we're using our Orangrie all the time! A big bonus of the heater is it sits on 4 rubber wheeled castors, 2 of which will swivel so you can move it easily wherever you want. Should add we have wood floors, on carpet it would take a fair bit more effort as the heater is no lightweight esp' with a 15kg gas cylinder on board. Overall, for us, it's just the job, we're delighted with it. Thank you Calor & Universal Innovations on a great product.

Good service
I detected a leak from my gas bottle, I phoned the emergency line and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Mr Westlake the engineer, phoned within the hour and was with me shortly after. He dealt with the problem and tweaked the gas flow, he was also a very nice man. All in all a top class service.

To replace 1200 Ltr Gas Tank
29th March 2019 Liam Young turned up at my house from the Calor Gas engineering team to investigate the replacement tank procedure.I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answering all my questions.I think he said he was based in the Telford area. I have now agreed a date and asked for Liam in person to do the work for me.He is a credit to your company and I hope Calor look after their employees. All to often people critise people and companies but when praise is required people are slow in reacting to good service.Keep up the good work Liam and I look forward to seeing you on Friday 3rd of May for the new tank installation.kind regards, Tony Green

Resolution to heat up my Orangery.
I have carried out this purchase because I have failed to find anyone who can repair my existing portable Manhatten gas fire I bought last year. I have contacted Calor Gas customer services but have had no response. So I have no option than to buy another product.

The service we received was excellent especially speed of delivery and advice on local canoe gas suppliers. Just bit surprised that the gas has to be turned off at the back not on the switch on top of the heater

I needed to replace an older gas…
I needed to replace an older gas cabinet and the ones that I found on calor gas heaters were exactly what I was looking for. They are smaller and easier to roll around the house. I was so pleased with my purchase I have today purchased a second one. I would definitely recommend them for very fast service, excellent product and a very easy to follow ordering service. ive just visited the Oxford branch as a "novice" user of Calor Gas , and was very impressed with the service and professionalism . it is a complicated and safety conscious industry , so there are "do's" and "donts" to learn about etc , but this branch and the staff were lovely to deal with
