I've played a lot of online gaming and…

I've played a lot of online gaming and this app is by far the worst out there. I've never been disconnected from a server so many times in my life. It plays slower than dial up Internet. If it wasn't the only one that did it I would blame my wifi. I just feel like an idiot for falling for this scam more than once. Hard to believe they get away with it.

Not what I'd Expect from the Caesar's Name

This was my first experience with Caesar's Entertainment. I stayed at the Flamingo, so expectations were neutral. Several disappointments have me re-thinking staying with Caesar's hotels in the future. I stayed between Sep/22 and Sep/25. My first full day, the 23rd, I intended to spend time at the spacious pool, only to be greeted by staff saying the pool is "closed for the season", being renovated, and that it will be even better when done. Little help that does for my current stay. Only option is a much smaller family pool that has no capacity to serve a Vegas hotel. Other hotels i viewed/visited all had their pools open in the 36C / 98F heat. The room was not clean and in a state of disrepair. For some reason, my shower had no curtain, the shampoo dispensers were missing, and there was body hair on the floor. (Not from my body, and not from someone's head) Yes I have pictures. Really too bad since I don't think it's much to ask for a clean room and a Vegas style resort experience, when being charged 50 US per day for resort fees. PS I tried to contact Cust service via the Caesar's reward site but no response.

If I could give negative stats I would

If I could give negative stars I would, customer service sucks, they can’t answer questions and can’t find the fix for any problem, I’ve been a rewards member for over 10 years and as soon as I download the Sportsbook app when it legalizes in my state, all of the sudden I cant be verified and they can’t help. All they say is wait an hour, I’ve waited for 9 days for a 24 hour wait period on a supervisor to call me. I’ve waited 9 days for a document that has been submitted 4 times to be reviewed. Caesar’s is a joke and I will take my business elsewhere since their customer service treats you like you are nothing.

Do not book. No house keeping. Worst customer support

Wa are now staying in Paris hotel. They haven't cleaned our room for two days in a row now. I called 10 times to get fresh towels. Even after 4 hours we still didn't get them. Worst hotel ever stayed. Over priced for received service. I had to complain hotels.com as well. We will definitly reconsider about staying in any of Ceasars hotel again.

DO NOT RESERVE VERSAILLES TOWER!

First off, we stayed in the new Versailles Tower, which is NOT at the Paris hotel, but is located way in the back of the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino. I mean, the elevators are about a mile from the self-parking garage. Valet is $40 plus tips, so we hiked our luggage not knowing the situation at all. The room was nice (King Pool View) but we had many issues. The bed sheets were the worst, so harsh/rough. The pillows made crinkling sounds like they were wrapped in plastic. The stand up shower had no place to put anything except the floor. So that was super inconvenient. No tub. One day housekeeping left all lotions and nothing else. We didn't bring shampoo/conditioner, so that was a pain. The WORST ISSUE every traveler should know is that at 7am every morning, there was banging/construction going on--sounded like it was from upstairs. Complained/called manager, was transferred four times. Never talked to manager. Never was contacted back. We checked out early, tired and disgusted with the entire trip. I looked at my credit card, and to top it all off, Caesars has charged me TWICE for the reservation. OMG!

Cant log on 9 out of ten times

Cant log on 9 out of ten times. Have to use locator most every time. Constantly rejects your password so you have to reset it. Spend at least twenty minutes to log on every time. Support is virtually non existent with a useless chat. Chat support play stupid on your problem no matter how you explain the problem. So frustrated after placing several bets will never use this site again. Not to mention never got the bonus. Bonehead chat kept telling me its loaded on Mondays and yes i get it but it was already 3 Mondays...She could not understand that while laughing. If you want to lose your mind with stupid....have at it!!!!!!

I want to inform everyone about my experience playing on Caesars Sportsbook Ontario casino and hope you don’t experience the scum game plays, the worst casino I have ever experienced. At first I thought their casino was going to be a nice place to play on, I was totally wrong and I will be removing my suggestions to play on their site from other reviews I posted, I can’t comment on their sports betting, but in my opinion, their casino is more corrupt then any Curacao gaming site, I have played on and worst then our Ontario casino we had for over 25 years, which Ontarian Player’s will know exactly what I’m saying. Deposit after deposits of the worst game plays and poor game payouts, poor scatter payout, if you get one, I managed to withdraw $50, I would guess their site is rigged, like most casinos, if you withdraw, they will retrieve back every dollar you withdrew and let you win a few more times, not this crooked casino, after that withdraw, day after days, I received 25 straight deposits of the worst game plays, too many zero game payouts, really impossible to get a bonus/scatters, received 2 out of the 25 deposits that were under $3.00 dollars, which is pathetic for a well known gaming site, there is no where to check just the total deposit or withdraw amounts, all transactions and game payouts are in a list to find and they don’t show exactly the deposit or withdraw, just the amount changing, I can’t deposit on my mobile, download their crap app or Chrome, but PC Firefox I can deposit, I had to deposit on onto my Firefox to complete a deposit, then I could play on the others or go back to my regular PC internet, games don’t load, I have close and re-open to play a game, except for the download app. Contacted 2 live chat Agents to inform them of the crap game plays, both said the same thing and this is what I had to deal with from those clowns; Me: Hi, your casino is the worst corrupt casino I have experienced, I had 20 (on that day) straight deposits of the worst game plays, too many zero game payouts, really impossible to get a bonus/scatters, received 2 out of the 20 deposits that were under $3.00 dollars, which is pathetic. Carlos: Allow me to check on that for you, I'll be happy to help you with this inquiry. Carlos: Could you please provide me your date of birth and Address? Me: Removed Carlos: Thank you for confirming that with me, can you please confirm with me the full address, including city and zip code? Our Ontario casino is way better than the crooks at Caesars Sportsbook and I found out they are together with William Hill. Now those are two jokes. LOL! Try them!

I Vowed to Never Step Foot in a Caesars Property and I've kept my Vow

Since Caesars keeps sending me offers and reminding me that I won't ever step foot in a Caesars property again, any property, I am posting this review. Thanks for the reminder! I stayed at Planet Hollywood in May of 2022 and it was my 2nd to last visit to a Caesar's property. I've been to once since, but only by accident and I left as soon as I realized it was Caesars. Customer Service nonexistent. Rude staff, horrible room at PH, done done done with Caesars. I've been to Vegas at least 4 times since that stay and to other Cities with Caesars properties. I am happy to say that with the exception of the accidental visit, I have kept my word. Dear Caesars - get your act together. We have other options.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER i’ve complained before several times Caesars REWARDS CUSTOMERS SERVICE ON PHONE EVEN WORST THAN IN PERSON. From Las Vegas to Mississippi to Louisiana 3 horror. Waitress are the worst Biloxi Mississippi is the worst Casino i been to in my life i keep trying to give the the benefits of the doubt but the are just simple TRASH ! from management down .

Illegal sign up

Someone signed me up, and they do not do any checks that a signup is genuine. Emailed them to remove me which they have failed to do. I don't use unsubscribe link as it may not be legit, but they should send a confirmation of sign up. Rubbish company who can't even reply to complaints.

Worst customer experience of all time

Worst customer experience of all time. Ceasars has decided to outsource ALL of their customer service. Anytime you call a property, your call is answered by an off shore call center. And their capacity to speak English clearly or understand your questions aside, this continues AFTER YOU CHECK IN. So after you check in to property, if you try to call the front desk, FROM YOUR ROOM, you will get a call center in the Phillipines. And if you ask them to transfer you to the front desk, they will tell you that the front desk is not accepting calls. Think about that, you cannot call the front desk at a ceasars property from your room. Trying to book a trip to a ceasars property in Vegas has been the absolute worst experience of all time. Never doing it again.

Poor service experience with hotel

Poor service experience with check in, the room, and being threatened by security. Management was rude as well We checked in yesterday and it took over 30 minutes. Once checked in the room had a cover that kept falling on our feet. Nothing major thus far. We decided to go get breakfast before heading to the convention center and decided to take the stairs down from our nearly $600 suite. We get to the bottom and it took us to back of house. We asked how to get to the lobby and we're pointed down a hallway. We came across the exit and a security guard immediately said they could have us trespassed. All we did was take the stairs down. We were shocked about being threatened and just asked how to get out. She then went on the say we were trespassing by taking the stairs and ending up where we did. So we went to the front desk and spoke to the security manager about what happened and he didn't seem like he truly cared. We then spoke to a guest services manager who said it was a security issue not his issue. I kept saying I am a guest that has an issue with the services. He again stated it was a security issue not his. I requested to have the issue addressed and he said I'm being generous by waiving your resort fee. I asked to speak to his manager about what happened as he didn't care. He told me she was gone at a conference and would be able to speak to me. I asked for her info to speak to her. I then ran into the general manager and explained what happened. He had Alyssa the director of the hotel operations reach out. I spoke to her and she offered a $100 credit on the room. After being threatened to be removed from the property for trespassing because we took the stairs, taking forever to check in, and having things falling apart in our nearly $600/night suite I feel that is not putting the guest first but just trying to get me off of the phone. I felt extremely unwelcomed and not appreciated as a guest who paid for a suite.

No discounts for disabled

I asked their customer service what are the parking fees for DISABLED people. Here is their reply: "It is my pleasure to assist with your parking inquiry. We have switched over to a paid self-parking model for specific Las Vegas properties. Guests will receive a ticket when entering the parking garage. Hotel guests will use their room key to access the parking structure and will have access to all Caesars self-parking garages in Las Vegas. Guests will then pay their ticket at a kiosk before returning to their car and exiting the facility. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with." In other words they completely IGNORED my question and indirectly replied that they don't care about disabled people. All venues I visited, including airports, offer free or discounted parking fees for disabled. Parking fees here are very high, there are no hourly fees and $9 for 4 hours is a lot; the one free hour is insufficient, particularly for a disabled person who moves slowly. You would think that the high prices of restaurants and shops would be sufficient for their profits... Shame on you, Caesars Entertainment!

a platinum member..the total rewards…

a platinum member..the total rewards program is the best in the business,by far...the benefits are outstanding and i stay in their hotels..for 15 years the only issue i had was a broken refrigerator at the Rio in Las Vegas and was quickly replaced .Honestly its the best outfit in the gaming industry,,I try and stay at a caesars property..
