Not what I'd Expect from the Caesar's Name
This was my first experience with Caesar's Entertainment. I stayed at the Flamingo, so expectations were neutral. Several disappointments have me re-thinking staying with Caesar's hotels in the future. I stayed between Sep/22 and Sep/25. My first full day, the 23rd, I intended to spend time at the spacious pool, only to be greeted by staff saying the pool is "closed for the season", being renovated, and that it will be even better when done. Little help that does for my current stay. Only option is a much smaller family pool that has no capacity to serve a Vegas hotel. Other hotels i viewed/visited all had their pools open in the 36C / 98F heat. The room was not clean and in a state of disrepair. For some reason, my shower had no curtain, the shampoo dispensers were missing, and there was body hair on the floor. (Not from my body, and not from someone's head) Yes I have pictures. Really too bad since I don't think it's much to ask for a clean room and a Vegas style resort experience, when being charged 50 US per day for resort fees. PS I tried to contact Cust service via the Caesar's reward site but no response.
