If I could give negative stats I would
If I could give negative stars I would, customer service sucks, they can’t answer questions and can’t find the fix for any problem, I’ve been a rewards member for over 10 years and as soon as I download the Sportsbook app when it legalizes in my state, all of the sudden I cant be verified and they can’t help. All they say is wait an hour, I’ve waited for 9 days for a 24 hour wait period on a supervisor to call me. I’ve waited 9 days for a document that has been submitted 4 times to be reviewed. Caesar’s is a joke and I will take my business elsewhere since their customer service treats you like you are nothing.
