Still waiting ???
I made a mistake with my address when I ordered my supplies online . I called your customer service number and talked to a lady and I gave her my correct address and she said that she would fix the mistake I made with my address . which she never did . thank God for Joyce that reassured me that she would handle the problem and get my products would be on its way. Which she did she corrected everything it made things right but here I am still waiting for my product then I'm late for school. It's been over a month now that I'm still waiting for my product and it still hasn't arrived. This lady Joyce was very helpful kind sweet and reassuring that my product will be there as fast as that she could process it. I had a very good experience with her on the phone with her. I'm still waiting for my product I don't know how long it takes to ship but once again I might not even be able to take my class because my products late and I had to have all my materials in at a certain time .if the first lady that said she would correct the error that I made online when I'm place my order I might be would have had with my product here on time then wouldn't be jeopardized by not be able to take my class. I'm still waiting for my product.
