I ordered a stethoscope and the box was completely soggy. Not from rain. The shipping envelope was dry. The box had been soggy for a while. It smelled. Luckily the stethoscope was fine. It cleaned up with some surface wipes. If it was something that couldn’t get wet, I would be super mad. Do better guys.

The twenty medical masks that I received appear to be in good condition, but they were not packaged inside a plastic bag or any other container, other than a box, that would have enhanced their sterility. Both that box and the shipping box in which it was mailed were both crumpled.

I gave the soft stretcher cot to our church, as we have had people faint and no means to carry them out of the pew. We informed the members of the church how to use the cot and where it will be located, for easy access.
