The service provided by EMP was excellent. However, and probably beyond your control, delivery was not very good. I have always had my order within a day or two, but this time it took five days (including the weekend) and when it did finally arrive, your initial box had been replaced by a generic box, the shipping label had been cut off the original box and taped to the new box, and it was poorly taped to safeguard the items enclosed. No explanation was provided as to what happened, but it was disconcerting. In spite of this I will continue to place orders with EMP, but you need to speak with FedEx because what I got and the time it took is not acceptable.

I didn't realize that the stock number applied to multiple different sizes of the same product. I ordered the wrong one. 😣 EMP took care of the problem immediately! I had the correct product within two days!

Got what I ordered. I'm a retired RN and former EMT and like to keep a good trauma kit in vehicle. Sometimes have to help at roadside accidents until EMS can get there and do what I can with what I have until ambulance can arrive. Accidents becoming disastrous as people be come more aggressive so have to be better prepared. Your selection of certain critical dressings and wraps are not always available locally so it's good to have alternate sourcing. Your products are well packaged and easily opened for immediate use making my job easier.

I have used LA Rescue bags most of my fire career. Since retired, I continued to utilize my LA Rescue duffle for weekend trips. Recently, while on a cruise, our car was broken into and the only thing that was stolen, was the duffle. Even the criminals think it's a great product. I had to order another one due to the quality, size, and sentimental reasons. Thank you EMP.

Two weeks ago we placed an order and properly received the confirmation per email. Today I called the customer service and inquired about the status of the order and was told that the order was cancelled without giving us any notice about it. The service representative gave me several bogus excuses like "the address on the credit card did not match the address to ship to" while I am holding prove in my hands that everything was entered correctly and "we could not contact you" while they sent the confirmation to my email address. EMP's employees made no effort whatsoever to fix any of the mistakes they made with this order, instead I was plainly told that we have to place another order if I want something from this company.
