1 item back order with no notice
1 item back order with no notice. I was restricted from being able to purchase a BVM. I don’t understand why. As I can purchase from other companies.

When I ordered products off of your…
When I ordered products off of your website, it said specifically they were "in stock". I waited a few days and then called to verify the order was being shipped and was informed that you don't have the product at all. If I wouldn't have called, who knows how long it would have taken for someone to get back to me. These are critical supplies for our healthcare community. Your communication is incredibly important and people's lives depend on it. You're not a widget making company, you supply EMERGENCY medical supplies.
