The service provided by EMP was excellent. However, and probably beyond your control, delivery was not very good. I have always had my order within a day or two, but this time it took five days (including the weekend) and when it did finally arrive, your initial box had been replaced by a generic box, the shipping label had been cut off the original box and taped to the new box, and it was poorly taped to safeguard the items enclosed. No explanation was provided as to what happened, but it was disconcerting. In spite of this I will continue to place orders with EMP, but you need to speak with FedEx because what I got and the time it took is not acceptable.
