The contact came out of the blue after waiting 2.5 years for a telephone appointment. It would have been much more appropriate if the call had been arranged so that I could have prepared for it. Hence the questions were scripted and I really did not feel I used the time effectively. I feel certain with preparation it would have been a much better experience.
