Zainab very quickly understood our business and the business challenges from time to time. This understand assisted us to put over how the business was trading and how the bank could help us. Mahmoona was very calm and patient while I was experiencing difficulty accessing my account online. She is knowledgeable and requested help internally when the problem was not working out.
