Raj was probably the best customer service booking agent I've ever used. I had never used this company before but I thought I would give it a try for my flight from Orlando Florida to Paris France and then the same return Paris to Orlando. Raj was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and how to get the flights I wanted with the appropriate dates and departure and arrival times. He also was able to get me unbelievably good seating and all the other things that I requested. And he did it quickly while I was on the phone with him so when we finished the conversation and everything was completed I checked my emails and all of the details were right there and I also went to the Airlines website and right there was my information all completed and ready to go for the trip which is not until July but I wanted to get it early so I'd have a good chance of getting the flight that I wanted and the time that I wanted plus as always the seating is an issue if you don't get your flight confirmed early enough. Anyway he did every single thing that I asked and even more and I didn't have two pieces of information, my frequent flyer number and my TSA PreCheck - Global Entry number so he just told me to call him back the next day which is today and he would enter those into my itinerary so when I called today he immediately answered the phone and I gave him the numbers and he put them on my flight itinerary so again he did a wonderful job and handled every single detail of my flight reservations and everything else that was needed to accomplish this sometimes difficult Arrangements when looking to go overseas. Tyler Harrington got us a great deal on Japan business class. On the way home our flight was delayed and was not able to make the connecting flight. He sprang into action and helped us right away on what to do. If he isn't available, he will refer you to someone who is on it in no time.

Everything in time and a correct way

I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience with BusinessClass.com that I would not wish on any traveler. My wife and I were traveling to Thailand on U.S. passports, flying Lufthansa via Munich with a connection in Mumbai and final destination Bangkok. The tickets were booked entirely through BusinessClass.com. Upon arriving at the Lufthansa counter at the airport, we were informed that because our itinerary landed in Mumbai at 11:55 PM and departed again at 2:40 AM the following day, we would require an Indian visa — or be forced to change flights. At no point during the booking process did BusinessClass.com disclose that this itinerary would require an Indian visa, nor did they warn us of the risks associated with this type of overnight international connection. As a result of this oversight, we were put in an impossible situation at the airport and are now being charged an additional $9,000 just to be able to reach our destination. This is a critical piece of information that any competent travel agency should flag, especially when dealing with international connections and visa-sensitive countries like India. The lack of transparency and failure to properly advise us caused severe stress, disruption, and an enormous unexpected financial burden. I strongly advise travelers to double-check every detail independently if considering BusinessClass.com, as relying on them to flag visa requirements or connection risks can result in very expensive consequences.
