Usually a good service as 'Walter…

Usually a good service as 'Walter Goldman' handles my bookings. Used 'Charlotte Lopez' this time and the service was awful! Didn't bother to contact me for a seat reservation so ended up with a bad seat. When I'd chased up previously she said just to ring customer services.. she didn't seem interested one bit.. terrible!
