They managed to find a great ticket for me. They where very professional and savy.

I contacted them expecting to save both time and money. Instead, they were significantly more expensive than booking on my own through platforms like Orbitz or Google Flights. Even more disappointing was the lack of support when issues arose or changes were needed. I was persuaded to purchase travel insurance, but when I had to modify my booking, the insurance proved to be essentially worthless. For someone like me, who flies over one million miles per year for business, this service was a major source of frustration and waste of both time and money. Ultimately, I handled all of my business travel myself for the next six months and saved over $20,000 by not using this company. Frankly, a basic assistant would have been more helpful—and far more cost-effective.

Imaad did a good job getting me a good deal considering the timeline. Though I paid more than my other colleagues but I understand why. He was following up regularly and communication was clear.i gave 4 stars as I think, there is always a room for improvement as he missed explaining me that the form I was filling for booking the ticket was of Budiness-class company and not from JAL. I could had saved one hour by not trying to use JAL promo codes. Also, to give 5 stars, I need some more time with the company to have a similar experience every time. PB

Do not use them, they are scammers

Bruce was helpful, gave good information and reacted immediately. He sorted my problems quickly and efficiently.

The price on Business-Class.com for our airfare was almost $1,500 less than it was to buy the tickets directly from the airlines! Plus, we got a bonus of them calling us and offering Business class seating for an additional $200 (our tickets were still less than buying direct). I also needed to ask a quick question and was able to correspond with an agent who was able to answer my question. So, overall, I had a wonderful experience with Business-Class.com.
