I contacted them expecting to save both…

I contacted them expecting to save both time and money. Instead, they were significantly more expensive than booking on my own through platforms like Orbitz or Google Flights. Even more disappointing was the lack of support when issues arose or changes were needed. I was persuaded to purchase travel insurance, but when I had to modify my booking, the insurance proved to be essentially worthless. For someone like me, who flies over one million miles per year for business, this service was a major source of frustration and waste of both time and money. Ultimately, I handled all of my business travel myself for the next six months and saved over $20,000 by not using this company. Frankly, a basic assistant would have been more helpful—and far more cost-effective.
