Excellent service!

I have been working with Bradley knight on a project. The service was excellent, very quick turn around from ordering and getting materials to site. Building materials sourced materials that my local merchants couldn’t get hold of and they’re really competitive on pricing. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Explored internet for suppliers and building Materials Nationwide were so easy to order from. Not only that within minutes I had a confirmation text and e Mail followed up with a delivery date can’t fault them so far just awaiting delivery now πŸ‘πŸ‘

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, Wyatt even called to confirm order and gave a delivery date. This also went smoothly and driver put bags of stones were I wanted. Will be ordering more from here in the near future John

Making an effort but processes need a little work

A company with the right idea but some glitches in process. First, Wyatt was very helpful and communications were efficient and constructive. This is easy when everything goes perfectly but we had a couple of hiccups and he was on the case. Part of the order was delivered today, the rest next week. Today's delivery was bricks which were not of the type ordered. I mentioned this to them but did not need to take it further as those delivered will do the job. They were prepared to work to sort this out but not necessary on this occasion and the problem appears to be with a depot not reading the order properly. On the plus side, Wyatt ensured that I knew when the delivery was to occur and it happened as stated. This is not a negative review as the sign of a good company is what they do when things do not go right. Building Materials do make an effort and I do not anticipate any problems with the rest of the deliveries that cannot be fixed with the level of attention already demonstrated.

5* experience. Ordered some plasterboard and there was some delay in planned delivery date. Contacted customer service and requested quicker delivery since I had plasterers booked in already and any delay in delivery would have delayed the whole project. Bradley, the account manager, went out of his way to arrange delivery in time from different locations and part of the order actually arrived before original schedule. Delighted customer !
