Accommodation was very well, but food is not too good

Smoth reservation process - very attentive service afterwards!

Second time we have stayed still as good staff are very helpful and very polite we requested a room where the sun gets.we were accommodated as I have a disability staff very helpful.the only negative is was not allowed sunbed on our balcony if I did not feel well would not lay out by pool so would loved to of been able to lay on sunbed on balcony

Dont believe any bad things u hear about this hotel as stayed here for a week in February and I had a fantastic time with room..food definitely cant complain

Fine hotel goodwill servixe

The price/quality equation is good. There are some things which could be improved. Our room was obviously decorated by a short man who could not reach the top of the walls. Our bathroom shower attachment had come away from the wall but this was put right quickly and efficiently. However, if things were built better - for example with a batten fixed to the wall with cavity wall fixings and then the attachment is screwed to the batten. Then the shower attachment would have something to hold onto and it would not fall off again. The receptionist is an absolute star. She is hard working, speaks a zillion languages and is quick and competent and coped with me really well when I complained about the shower. The central courtyard is a delight with a large swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area where the breakfast eggs and omelettes are prepared. The breakfast was good except for the coffee which was not and - horror of horrors - they use plastic teaspoons! Ugh!! Also they use plastic straws in the drinks and it is time to say NO to these useless bits of plastic please. We will come back here because it is generally a great place and I hope that the company finds my feedback useful.

No espere ni más ni menos, es un 3 estrellas. LO MEJOR: El hotel en sí, las instalaciones son preciosas y las vistas de la playa son una maravilla, los trabajadores son muy atentos y educados. LO PEOR: Faltan servicios básicos, como WiFi en la habitación, televisión (que es de pago y no hay en la habitación), no hay microondas,.... En el todo incluido el bufet es poco variado y no hay comida fuera de horas de comedor, tampoco snacks. Las bebidas como zumos, cafés y combinados eran "de máquina" y el apartamento que alquilamos estaba un poco deteriorado por el uso y era algo antiguo (cocina y baño).

Nuestro agradecimiento a todas las áreas, desde recepción con Javier lo amable que fue y lo bien que nos puso al día, hasta Eli en el comedor por su trato y bien estar como así mismo a la chica de la habitación que no se si nombre, agradecido a todos, VOLVEREMOS.
