The price/quality equation is good

The price/quality equation is good. There are some things which could be improved. Our room was obviously decorated by a short man who could not reach the top of the walls. Our bathroom shower attachment had come away from the wall but this was put right quickly and efficiently. However, if things were built better - for example with a batten fixed to the wall with cavity wall fixings and then the attachment is screwed to the batten. Then the shower attachment would have something to hold onto and it would not fall off again. The receptionist is an absolute star. She is hard working, speaks a zillion languages and is quick and competent and coped with me really well when I complained about the shower. The central courtyard is a delight with a large swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area where the breakfast eggs and omelettes are prepared. The breakfast was good except for the coffee which was not and - horror of horrors - they use plastic teaspoons! Ugh!! Also they use plastic straws in the drinks and it is time to say NO to these useless bits of plastic please. We will come back here because it is generally a great place and I hope that the company finds my feedback useful.
