Blue sea jandia luz, la mejor relación calidad-precio .

Me gustan estos apartamentos por varios motivos, ubicación fantastica, trato del personal muy bueno en general, calidad-precio por el todo incluido, muy buena, los apartamentos bien en nivel general, con todo lo necesario, siempre es mejorable, claro está, en temas de mobiliario, equipamiento, estética..etc, pero no es una crítica ni mucho menos, el bufete está bien en lineas generales, con una variedad aceptable y calidad también muy aceptable, siempre mejorable claro está, que seria de agradecer si fuese posible. Pero recomendable y por ello repetiremos.

Hotel con ubicación perfecta para quien quiera estar en el centro, y con un parking en el propio hotel muy cómodo. Equipo gestor muy amable todas las veces que hemos estado. Instalaciones adecuadas para un hotel de costa, pero dormitorios un poco anticuados.

Animación lo mejor de todo el hotel blue sea Costa jardín por lo demás camareras de piso súper bordes no limpiaban nada y falta de educación comida podrían mejorar ya q es una isla que tiene k aver fruta exótica y más comida típica e estado ma aveces en la isla y howtelw a peores davan mejor comida recepcion amable camareros amables y celeste la mejor

Hotel cancelled our booking then refused refund!!!

Hotel cancelled bookings then refused refund. Booked to stay in Hotel Piscis, Mallorca for April 2020 and paid in full in Feburary. On 26th March, they emailed to cancel due to Covid-19. They offered credit notes to be used against a holiday to be used by October 2020. For several reasons, this wasn't feasible (not least that they have increased prices for September/October so we can't afford the difference) so asked for a full refund. They refused saying that as I had booked on the basis that it was a non refundable booking in case of cancellation, that no refund was due. They went further to say that the offer of a credit note was beyond what they would normally do as a generous goodwill geture (even though it was the BlueSea Hotels that cancelled and not me). They have since sent emails suggesting the bookings are cancelled but now without even a credit note (presumably as I asked dared to ask for a refund). Sad that I couldn't give less than 1 star!

L'hôtel est très bien

L'hôtel est très bien, bien situé, très agréable, par contre nous étions les seuls francais et nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture.

4 star???More like 2 star

booked a 4 star hotel but was no better than a 2 star. The staff were brilliant but had to run between the bar and restaurant which you don't expect in an all inclusive hotel. The food was inedible (who actually has soggy cold peas and carrots for breakfast??). If we wanted a kettle in our room we had to pay 3 euros a day, deposits for plastic cups, no mini bar or water in our rooms, patio doors with broken locks, sockets falling off the wall, lose toilet cistern and wash basin. Even when the bar was forced to close because of the Corona virus no water o drinks were made available in our rooms!
