Rental office was available for questions and notified me when there was a power outage. Very good customer service.

Bailey’s Creek Lodge is definitely the most incredible vacation rental we have had the pleasure of staying at! If you are on the fence about renting this house, just do it, you won’t be disappointed! From the moment you pull up to the front of the house, you realize just how special this house is. From the perfect location at the top of a mountain with spectacular views from every window, to the beautifully decorated and extremely cozy interior, there is nothing that has not been thought of. Just 10 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock, you feel like you are in your own private oasis, but can be enjoying the town in just minutes! Thank you Blue Ridge Rentals for such a lovely stay, we definitely hope to be back soon!

Location was amazing and Blue Ridge Cabin rentals makes everything so easy. Awesome communications and instructions. Responses before and during the stay were very timely and helpful.

After a very scary trip over the mountain in dense fog at night we were very disappointed to find the code didn't work for the house. They neglected to tell us to hit the "check mark". The power went out the first day and we called the power company in the manual only to find out it was the wrong power company for that area. The grill was filthy and the outdoor trash had dirty diapers and other trash in it and the bear lock didn't work.

Again the Blue Ridge Mountain Club did not disappoint. We always love our time staying in their rentals. I would normally give the home/condo we stay five stars, but unfortunately our experience was slightly less than perfect. It would have been really nice had the outdoor fireplace been operational. We were really looking forward to spending time outside and enjoying. More towels were needed. There was only 1 per person. I had requested the fireplace to be looked at and more towels early in the stay. Towels were delivered the night before we were leaving and fireplace was never addressed. This does not deter us from renting again, but I do like to be honest with our experience.

Our stay at Bucks and Bunnies was amazing. The house was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. Blueridgerentals has always answered all our questions very quickly and took care of any problems we had. We've been staying with them for many years and will continue to do so. We had a wonderful spring break with no problems at all on this trip.

House is great! Stocked with everything you might need. Great for families! Will be returning in January of next year!

We just stayed at “It Was All a Dream…” in Eagles Nest and the house truly was a dream! It’s a brand new build, with four en suite bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The house is decorated in impeccable taste and is so well equipped with everything you possibly could need during your stay! The back deck is a great gathering place with a hot tub, a table for outdoor dining and a seating area around the fireplace. After a great day of enjoying the Eagles Nest amenities, coming back to “It Was All a Dream” felt like coming home. We can’t wait to visit again!

This cabin was perfect for an impromptu mountain getaway. It was very clean and cozy. We stay in this area frequently but this was our first time staying in this cabin. It is now one of our favorites! We will be back.

We had a fantastic trip over four nights. Beautiful scenery and our two dogs enjoyed the cabin and walks. Just driving around the community is breathtaking. We lucked out with warm skiing at Sugar and even got fresh snow while there. The views were wonderful! And the mountain community felt alive and fun to explore. Love the fields and play areas as well. Wasn't sure how to start the propane fireplace but the response was immediate.
