I ordered flowers for a friend and did a 1 pm delivery for the extra fee. I received an email at 1:40 pm that said the flowers can't be delivered that day at all. They were delivered the next day when my friend was out of town. Neither of the 2 emails I sent to their given customer service email (service@blossomflowerdelivery(dot) com) were ever answered. I received a follow up email that said they didn't deliver what I chose but did a substitution. I paid $113 dollars for these and they also kept the early deliver fee on the charge.
