Bait & switch

I placed an order for a $204 casket spray on March 25th to be delivered to the funeral home on March 26th. On March 26th at 3:11 pm I received a call from The Blossom informing me the "designer" did not have the supplies to make a casket spray. I was told they could do a vase with fresh cut flowers and there would be more flowers in the vase than would have been in the casket spray. And I was told the flowers would arrive March 27th before 11 am (when the service started) and they offered a $50 refund. The flowers did not arrive before the service started and the flowers that arrived were wilted and no where near the amount of flowers that were expected. I tried to call to speak to someone and only got an AI support system. I called a second time and briefly spoke to someone who said I needed to speak with a customer service representative, at which time I was transferred back to the AI support, which did no good. The flowers that were dropped off at the funeral home were not even worth $50, let alone $154, plus $13.99 shipping & service fee, $11.99 handling fee, & a $10.25 tip. I looked on their website and they had what looked like a nice bouquet of flowers for $75 that looked almost 3 times the size of what I received. I would be willing to pay $50 but not because the flowers were worth that but because whoever actually made this I guess deserves something.

I hate it even giving these guys one star.That's how bad they are. They lie about their refund policy. I paid for rush order to be delivered at 1 PM the next day. Because my friend was dying at home. They arrived four days later in terrible condition. My friend died within forty eight hours.Waiting for the flowers and the flowers showed up two days after my friend died. They guaranteed a 100% refund. If you try to return the order.Because of damage, or if they were undelivered on time. They tried to give me a 10%. Refund, then a twenty five percent refund, then a fifty percent refund. Then, they told me they couldn't give a hundred percent refund because money was spent to get the order to us.No matter how late it arrived. They're scammers. They use a I to avoid speaking to real people.And when they say they'll call you back, you're always tenth.In line and then when you get down to number one, they make you leave a number.So they can call you back.And when they call you back as soon as you pick up the hangs up on you, I went through that at least six times. They never refunded anything. If you love somebody enough to send them flowers, do not use this company, they're the worst customer service.I've ever dealt with in all my years. I'm sixty two.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Paid extra for expedited delivery, 3 hours after the cutoff time for delivery it is not delivered. I called for customer service and learned they don't have time to answer so they force you into a call back....but ONLY after you wait more than 15 minutes on hold. When I get a call back, I have to give all the info again and the agent is not in the US. The tracking for the order doesn't tell them the status and they cannot tell which florist the order was given to. I asked for a manager as well as the name....manager calls take 24-48 hours and again, they can't tell what florist it was assigned to. Of course, there is no support in the US, this is entirely handled with computers and offshore labor. I could not hate this any more and any hope I had for a beautiful arrangement have gone out the window.

Zero stars

Zero stars. I was under the impression I was ordering from a local florist. (My bad, I should've done my homework and read the reviews.) I received a call from an 877 number informing me the particular flowers I ordered weren't available and if I would allow a "designer's choice" substitution. I cancelled the order because I have no idea what their idea of a substitution is. Do some research before ordering from this place.

Ordered a casket spray for my mother's funeral. Although I placed the order 2 weeks in advance, it did not arrive the day of the funeral. When I called to inquire, they tried to sell me "sympathy flowers to be sent to the grieving family instead." This place is a scam. Do not use them!

I would leave a zero star review if I…

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Ordered a sympathy bouquet for a good friends visitation and funeral. What they received was the cheapest, most disappointing bouquet I’ve ever seen. We could have got better from a local grocery store for $20 rather than the $125 I paid. I’ve called customer service and was advised to email them. I’ve sent two emails, on the friendly side requesting some sort of fix and haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s now almost two months. I’ll NEVER use Blossom again and I’ll advise everyone to do the same. Terrible service.

I would give it a minus 10 star rating…

I would give it a minus 10 star rating but there is no rating for that. This is my second time ordering from them, I think in the first time, things happen. First time, order show delivered in fact it was not delivered. When contacting Blossom flowers they said something happened with the delivery. You think!! They said somebody would get back with me, nobody ever got back with me and the recipient did not receive until the next day. Second time ordering which was just this week, I paid expediting recipient to receive by 1:00 p.m. this did not happen, I contacted Blossom flowers, they told me as the recipient received. I said I do not want to ask them since it is a surprise. But in tracking it shows it had not. So I contacted recipient, and no they had not. Third time calling back to Blossom flowers, they said they got a hold of the driver and it will be delivered by the end of the day. At end of day the recipient still not had received and also Blossom Flowers would send me an email letting me know what's going on. Second time this has happened and still nobody contacting me. My advice, is do not do business with this place. Twice, Arrangement was not delivered date that was arranged. I did not arrange day before, I arranged days in advance
