AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Paid extra for expedited delivery, 3 hours after the cutoff time for delivery it is not delivered. I called for customer service and learned they don't have time to answer so they force you into a call back....but ONLY after you wait more than 15 minutes on hold. When I get a call back, I have to give all the info again and the agent is not in the US. The tracking for the order doesn't tell them the status and they cannot tell which florist the order was given to. I asked for a manager as well as the name....manager calls take 24-48 hours and again, they can't tell what florist it was assigned to. Of course, there is no support in the US, this is entirely handled with computers and offshore labor. I could not hate this any more and any hope I had for a beautiful arrangement have gone out the window.
