Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Was told it would be delivered to a room of my choice, it was left at the bottom of the stairs, they couldn’t get it up the stairs in the box so refused to unbox it. I live alone, I am a 59 year old woman with arthritis and cannot get it upstairs alone.
