Great experience and a pain-free delivery. I had good notice of when they would arrive, and they delivered everything with care.
Every item delivered as promised.The sofa bed seating was not as large as I thought but overall great furniture and beds.I had a great 2 man team, deliver 9 large items They done the job professionally with a smile on there faces.Stay happy chaps
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Absolutely horrendous experience - damaged the goods they were delivering yesterday morning as well as my property, failed to unpack an item and take it to my room of choice (as I had paid for) and left with one of my items still in their van. Drivers were unprofessional and disinterested; clearly rushing to get to the next job, took no care in delivering my items and offered no apology for the damage. Re-delivery of missing item yesterday evening not within the two hour time slot originally advised or the later time slot subsequently advised; multiple excuses for the delay but I still don’t have the product paid for a day later. The worst part was receiving a document via email confirming receipt of all goods in perfect, unpacked condition to the correct rooms with no damage to my property…containing, purportedly, my signature despite me never having signed such acceptance of delivery slip. Could not advise against using this service more.
