Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Appalling
Appalling. Scruffy deliverymen. Uncooperative. Incorrectly instructed. If they had any common sense we could have compromised on the delivery shortfall and they would not have had to take the delivery away. Would not knowingly use them again. You need a zero on the ratings form for jobs like this. Not worth a star.

I was waiting for my M&S chair to be collected from BJS I had a call to say they would be with me in 30 minutes, 10 minutes after the call I got another call to say they wouldnβt be coming as a road was closed, unsure how I can give a review for something that didnβt take place and they have had the cheek to say pick up was attempted
