It was easy enough, but since i had some difficulty to find my address and i wasnβt so sure so i ranged up to your office and the lady on the phone guide me so kindly with respect and i was able to change my address correctly online. Thanks

Contacting AXA was easy enough once you went through multiple AI options..... Why can't we employ more humans and speak to each other and give them employment....? Oh! I know, it's about making more profit for the shareholders!!!!! Once I got on line to change the address on my policies ( yes for two vehicles - my wife's and mine) the change of address was straightforward. The SHOCK - YES SHOCK was the Β£60 charge for each vehicle!!!! I've moved 28 miles from a country village on the edge of a mid- Kent town to a village on the edge of a North Kent town. And in a quieter road to boot!! I was then told I had saved 25% on each vehicle by doing it on-line!!! That's over Β£120 to change around 4 lines of text on an electronic document. I hope the shareholders of AXA enjoy the bottle of Champagne I've just bought them!!!! Not impressed.......
