I think it is very sad that I had to pay £75 for an address change given this current economical climate. I think that this insurance has not been helpful when it came to repairs or car rentals. I think customer service could be better.

Good price and easy to set up on line if price stays good next year I will stay as some times you get good price to start with then once you joined following year it jumps up I now shop about price is everything.

Axa made it really easy to update my details online when changing my car.

Your operative was very patient while we tried to solve password problem. I followed AXA instruction re setting up password but it appears your AI does not like some of the "characters" you can use, so update them so people can use what characters they want, must be straight forward as MOST are on all keyboards on appliances. Query: human read this or AI, always wondered, never get feed back
