I was rear ended while parked and my car was booked in with a poor reviewed repair company that took over 4 weeks to book in and tried to give me a manual courtesy car when I have an automatic and my wife can only drive an automatic. I complained to axa and they said that’s not their problem and can’t change garage. Blover another month until the garage had got an automatic in and my cars been away 2 weeks to get a rear bumper replaced with a completion date yesterday but no phone call. I had to phone the garage to be put on hold for 10 minutes to tell me it’s not going to be till Wednesday now as they have made a mess of the paint job and the best thing the company who took my car have taken it to another garage to do the work an absolute disgrace for a company as big as AXA to deal with repairs like this. My car got crashed into over 3 months ago and still not fixed yet but it’s not AXAs problem they choose and that’s it just deal with it.

Needed to a a previous claim to my recent policy as didn't realise it was less than 5 years tried to follow instructions how to do this didn't work so had to phone was very angry that was charged over £17 for this service plus add fee which I am not complaining about as it was my error
