My previous insurer could only provide the NCD proof after the policy ends, which is just two weeks away. Despite this, I was told that I would be charged. I didn’t submit the document by before deadline. I requested a short extension, but it was not granted. AXA prioritises charging fees over understanding a customer’s real situation.
