Chilling Experience
We booked autoUnion(Sunnycar partner) through the website of Arguscarhire. AutoUnion is located far away, outside the airport.
We were received like having to pass a corrupt border control. 2 staff and 1 manager were looking at us like we were not important and to be avoided. After an unfriendly introduction, our VW Polo needed service and an oil change, so it gave a service alarm each time we started it. When we finally got our car, a girl, in what seemed to be the manager, shouted vilently at a man, I think he was cleaning the cars and organising them in a line, the man, clearly not knowing how to please her, had fear in his eyes. I felt really bad about it for hours onwards.
At the return, we arrived 45 minutes early, we were told we had to pay an "after hours fine" for showing up early. The fine was €26,-, a punishment for being there in time, so we waited to be more "in time".
There are 3 desks, and we are being ignored standing there at return(again). 6 staff are now laughing at our situation letting us feel miserable.
No real english speakers, but it was just enough to embarrass everyone there.
The airport shuttle drove like a getaway bus, and dropped us off at the worst point possible.
I'm a positive man, and I've never given negative reviews, In this case, I do, since I was never treated so bad and I wish no one to be treated like this.
I feel autoUnion Greece needs to change its staff drastically, or the way it's management is allowing this negative attitude to thrive in it's Greek branch. I will file a complaint at Arguscarhire since we booked through their office.
Do yourself a favour and steer clear from autoUnion

Underneath is the unsatisfying reaction of the helpdesk, after I send them above letter;
Dear Daiane, please spare me the standard letter and tell me what is being done, really what has been done at your Greek outfit.
If I do not receive a satisfying answer, I will post this review at all reviewing companies and websites I am able to find, and I will make a point out of it, that my search is thorough, and my review professional.
Hope I am clear, this behaviour and very poor customer service is Unacceptable these days. Don't take it personal, you are not the one who caused this.
