Once I got through to Amanda through an online chat the service was exceptional. Unfortunately their text and email automated systems does let them down and the text service in particular was useless but Amanda saved the day.

Really pleased with how quick and efficient they dealt with my problem and replied within a couple of hours.I tried to book my zumba class for the following week whilst on holiday in Greece and it blocked my account. I E Mailed at 9am Greek time and by 10 am UK time they replied a lady called Dee .She couldn't find details but I had a old confirmation e mail so sent that to them By the time I landed early hours of the morning .I had an E mail from Dan M all sorted. I Could get back on the app although the class was booked up You have to book pretty quick that why I have an alarm set for 7am Tues UK time lol.Thanks for your help as this old lady was stressed.

The understanding staff who have been helpful during the worst time of my life the young lady who helped was called Jemma who was caring and compassionate she deserves all the praise.
Great service. Having sadly dealt with couple of gym management companies in the past who were very unpleasant and just wanted your money, not to help. It was so refreshing to get such great service and willingness to help. Jemma was great and really helpful. I hope my next gym is managed by the same company
