I contacted Ashbourne regarding my membership being frozen .I had response within 24 hrs . I was able to freeze my membership for 2 months due to personal circumstances.I really appreciate the time taken by staff to listen & get back to with a speedy response & resolution. Janet is a star!

I contacted Ashbourne services as it appears there was a larger amount being charged for my gym membership than expected. My fiancé has the same membership, taken out on the same day and didn’t have this hefty charge. Janet, on the live chat, explained what had happened and kindly rectified the problem. Jemma - Excellent Speed and Customer Service

Wanted to cancel my subscription to a gym that use Ashbourne and the process couldn’t have been easier, I spoke to Jemma over email and my membership was cancelled straight away with no hassle. I then wanted to reinstate my membership and Jemma, again, did this super fast after a single email. Excellent customer service from Jemma who is an absolute credit to Ashbourne!
