Don’t bother trying to freeze your…

Don’t bother trying to freeze your direct debit under unforeseen circumstances unless you do it in a month advance with proof from your GP and just because this in the terms of service doesn’t make it fair. In the process of getting my injury properly diagnosed and dealt with due to long waits for appointments and working full-time has made it hard to proof of my medical condition. All I wanted to do was freeze my membership for the time it takes me to fully heal, to then reinstate my direct debit when recovered. I haven’t been able to do this and have been charged for this month because I can’t magically provide proof which I haven’t been able to get due to reasons I’ve explained. Unfair and unrealistic policies(considering how unpredictable appointment waiting times can be) designed to squeeze you for money. You won’t get any solution for your issue that doesn’t end in you dishing out money.

Ashbourne Membership Management service 5 stars

Set up a direct debit payment scheme a couple of years ago process was simple and transparent. Unfortunately I had to cancel the payments and contacted AMMS to complete this. Their text service way of corresponding was efficient and personable. Staff member (Rose) who I dealt with was fantastic sorted out my requests in a timely manner and was Ben though it was through text was polite and even took time to wish me a nice weekend. Very good easy service. Wish all financial matters were this simple 5 *
