Don’t bother trying to freeze your…

Don’t bother trying to freeze your direct debit under unforeseen circumstances unless you do it in a month advance with proof from your GP and just because this in the terms of service doesn’t make it fair. In the process of getting my injury properly diagnosed and dealt with due to long waits for appointments and working full-time has made it hard to proof of my medical condition. All I wanted to do was freeze my membership for the time it takes me to fully heal, to then reinstate my direct debit when recovered. I haven’t been able to do this and have been charged for this month because I can’t magically provide proof which I haven’t been able to get due to reasons I’ve explained. Unfair and unrealistic policies(considering how unpredictable appointment waiting times can be) designed to squeeze you for money. You won’t get any solution for your issue that doesn’t end in you dishing out money.
