Once I got through to Amanda through an online chat the service was exceptional. Unfortunately their text and email automated systems does let them down and the text service in particular was useless but Amanda saved the day.

Great service receieved from Amanda in relation to cancellation of my membership. Responses were instant and the approach taken was helpful and specific to my needs. Ashbourne manage a few of the gyms local to me, so would not hesitate in using another gym that uses Ashbourne to manage memberships.
