Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Quick scheduling rescued our productivity even for my last minute what-do-you-mean-the-translator-can't-attend-but-the-meeting-is-in-55-minutes disaster. It was easy to schedule and functioned perfectly well for our purposes. I'll definitely use this service again--although perhaps (I hope) with less of a time crunch.
This was my second experience using ALTA for my business translation needs. They are incredibly helpful, prompt at responding, and have had a very quick turnaround time when I provided all of my materials. I will absolutely use ALTA in the future and have recommended them to a few of our customers as well
