This is my second order: I found the first device perfect for my new home. I did not want to install old fashioned GRANNY bars into my new designer tile. I am now ordering a second device for around my other toilet. If I should move, these can be removed and the bathroom will look perfect and much more saleable than with granny bars...

I have been ordering from you for many years. I have been buying McKesson intermittent catheters monthly for years. But for the past several months you have not sent me my catheters nor contacted me about the catheters and they have not been shipped without me calling and getting upset because I need my catheters so I stay well. It isn't a choice it is life or maybe death from Sepsis. This last order which was placed on July 14th I waited and waited and nothing. I called today and am informed they are on backorder like I can just know by psychic phenomena and also just wait until around August 3rd they might be in. Daah? This is not good business practice. McKesson sucks when it comes to personal selling use. I can't wait for the catheters. And you are not very professional or caring because you didn't contact me via email to say they were on backorder and would be late so I could make an informed decision as to what to do. So I canceled the order. But I need catheters monthly. So I have ordered a new kind MedLine and pray they are good catheters. I can't pay the price for Coloplast that is ridiculous. So MedLine is a good price. I hope to God these catheters come within a few days and that they are good catheters that won't hurt or damage my urethra. Shame on you Allegra. You are the frontman you need to treat your customers better and with more caring not just for the money. I am very disappointed in your service these past many many months. If you wanna keep me then I hope you do better. Plus I have asked for my money back from the McKesson order on July 14th so I expect to get it within a few days.

It was fairly easy to find and order what I was looking for. Price was a little higher especially for shipping. I thought my first order was free shipping but it added shipping at the end. Not sure why?

Ordered a wheelchair seat cushion (order # AMC-9526-277142) on 7/14/21. Today is 7/20/21, and the item still has not been shipped. I think people will agree that medical/well being supplies need to be sent out on a timely manner as they are obvious needs? No contact or explanation on any possible reason for delay. Not good.

Buying from these people for 10 years never failed me yet.

Easy to use website, excellent service. I've been ordering supplies at Allegro for years, what I need is almost always in stock and the shipments arrive quickly and with the right supplies.

I would always give you 5 STARS - because it is an EASY Website to order from. And if you have a problem fining an item, just call because they are friendly & helpful.

This stuff really works, We received the first tube when we brought our granddaughter home from the hospital last year, she has never had a rash as long as we have been using the citric moisture barrier.

I paid over double the price for a simple item they advertised was in stock to expedite the shipping and to insure I got it on time as I need it for a trip I am taking. Still has not even shipped. I am very disappointed in this company. Don't use them.
