Easy ordering

I placed this order on 7/12/21. to date: 7/26/2021 I have not received the product nor have I been able to 'track it'... Agency/vendor has not 'followed up' nor given a delivery date. L.Vetter

I placed an order with you guys and I never heard anything from you. I reached out to someone a week later and they told me what I ordered they no longer carried. No one to take the opportunity to call me and let me know this I had to reach out to them poor customer service
