There were 2 options for the item I wanted. Blue or red. It said blue was out of stock so I ordered the red. My confirmation said in stock items ship in 24-48 hrs. 4 days later no ship notice. I called and they checked and said it was in stock so I figured it would ship the next business day, Monday. By noon Tuesday, nothing. I called again and this time they told me it was out of stock til Aug 9th. This is TERRIBLE service for a 1st time customer! This is an item I desperately need and all this crap is very disturbing and annoying!

need better indexing on product line

Took a long time to figure out the basics of ordering. The Search Icon and Search Space are a faded dull blue color and hard to see. So took a long time to figure out where to begin my product search! It's like a slap in the face to customers who want to place an order! They should change the color to a bright shade of green. Also, from the Account History page there is no button or link to click on to re-order the same supplies that were previously ordered. So it took alot of time and effort to find the information needed to re-order the same products I ordered previously.

I was looking for a specific item on Google and it popped up on Allegro Medical. Ordering the item was very easy on their site and quick. Shipping was free and a 10% discount was a nice surprise. It will take a week to get here, but it’s free. I will always check this site for any Medical needs.
